DAY 1: TANGIER – TETOUAN – CHEFCHAOUEN
The tour, with Your Morocco Holidays – is a private tour from Tangier starting today and we drive through Tetouan and the Rif mountains to arrive at the beautiful city of Chefchaouen. We visit the local medina, free afternoon and overnight at a hotel or riad.
DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – OUAZANE – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES CITY
Today we depart for the Roman ruins of Volubilis, where you will enjoy a guided tour. Then we continued to Meknes to visit the old Medina, then we continued to Fes. DAY 4: FES – MIDELT – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA DESERT
Today our 8 Days Tangier tour to the Merzouga desert continues and we will travel across the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will pass through the Berber villages. You visit Ifrane, we will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, the capital of Apple, and after that, we’ll go through kasbahs and palm groves to reach Erfoud and Merzouga. In the late afternoon, we’ll ride our camels to take you through the Sahara desert to watch a beautiful sunset. You will spend this night in the Berber camp with delicious food and we will watch the stars in the Sahara.
DAY 5: MERZOUGA – TINIJDAD – TODRA GORGES – DADES GORGES
Today in the morning we get back to the hotel on a camel adventure ride after watching the sunrise in the desert. After breakfast, we will visit Rissani and drive towards Todra Gorge. Where we walk through streams of the Canyons. We continue to the Dades Gorges where we stay overnight in the local riad for dinner.
DAY 6: DADES GORGES – SKOURA – OUARZAZATE
Today we explore the best of the Dades Gorges, then you travel via the Valley of Roses. We explore palm oases from Skoura to Ouarzazate, where you discover film studios. Overnight in a local kasbah with dinner.
DAY 7: OUARZAZATE – AIT BENAHDDOU – MARRAKECH
Today we will visit Ait Ben Haddou and its famous Kasbah, which is one of the best Unesco sites. It became famous for its role in hosting numerous Hollywood films, like Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, The Mummy, and so on. We explore the Telouet Kasbah, then we continue passing by Tizi-N-Tichka pass along with the Berber villages, to reach Marrakech, where we spend a night in a riad.
